Very comfy place and it is spotlessly clean. Everything is in order. The owner play soft music throughout the day which make the place so relaxing. We loved this place so much that will definitely be back if we were to visit Seoul again.

Great stay.

Location was good, large rooms, breakfast included, 3 bathrooms for 4 rooms. It was also very quiet, everyone was respectful.

Bathrooms could’ve been cleaned one extra time during the day.

Nice host with clear rules and instructions inside the guesthouse; The guesthouse is clean and cozy; Laundry service with 3,000 won was provided; Free breakfast with self-cook eggs, breads, cereals and milk/juice; Walkable distance from Hongdik University Metro station!

Good stay and would stay again if traveling to Seoul

We were traveling in a group of two girls, the location was good although at first it took us some time to walk from hongik station but after we found out, there is an easier way to connect. The house and the room are very clean, breakfast is simple and nice too! Love the quiet vibes and freedom to use the common space.

great location and clean room, simple breakfast provided.

the door locks were really loud and a lot of people did come in and out very early or very late. the doors made a lot of noise which was very annoying.

Very good

Dolma is in a easy location- quiet, yet just a few blocks from great restaurants and stores. The University is within walking distance. We used self-rent bikes and rode down to the river park. Breakfast was nice to have -- cereal, eggs and toast.

Perfect location in Hongdae, with a 5min walk to the Hongik University subway station. Super clean, comfortable and cosy place. Nice facilities with everything you need, including shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast is continental and enjoyable.

Mr An was very friendly. The room was clean, air conditioned and big enough for me.

Bed was a tiny bit too firm for my liking.
